Registration is open until the 10th June 2022. However, the abstract submission deadline is on the 22nd of May 2022.

Please note that the difference in the fee between SPG and non-SPG member corresponds to the value of SPG membership.
The registration payment includes admission to all the scientific sessions and also the coffee breaks and Meeting’s material.
Additionally, the registration process includes the option to attend the Meeting’s dinner on the 27th June at Vila Galé Évora. This will have an extra cost of 25 € that will be paid together with the registration fee.
The registration in the IMPSG requires a previous registration in the Sistema de Gestão de Eventos of the University of Évora (https://sge.uevora.pt). In the bottom of this page you will find the menu to switch language.
Registration step-by-step
1. Register at https://sge.uevora.pt (you will get a confirmation email to conclude this step).
2. Login at https://sge.uevora.pt and select III International Meeting of the Portuguese Society of Genetics from the list of active events.
3. Select the option “Register” in the right lateral panel.
4. After the registration select option “Confirm registration”.
5. After the registration confirmation, your personal data for invoicing will be asked as well as the upload of the payment proof. Only after the upload of the payment proof, the registration is considered valid and the corresponding receipt will be issued.
Please note that abstract submission will be performed in the same system.
Registration payment is made by bank transfer, using the following information:

When processing the bank transfer please include reference “IMPSG2022“, as well as your first and last name and registration ID. In case the transfer is made by your institution, make sure that your name is also included. The bank transfer proof needs to be upload in “Payment – Payment proof”. Only after the upload, the registration is considered valid and the corresponding receipt will be issued.
